Trend MSA Not Blocking Attachments on Exchange 2013
With the recent influx of Cryptowall it has been necessary to tighten the reigns on Trend’s MSA Attachment Blocking.

Current payloads are carried within a Java Script File (.JS) disguised as an attachment resembling an Invoice or Bank Statement or similar.
While the MSA Attachment Blocking works a treat, you will no doubt run into some issues with Trend MSA v9 on Windows Server 2012 and Exchange 2013 which includes MSA installation issues.

This Trend article (snippet) explains the issue:
Worry-Free Business Security (WFBS) 9.0 MSA compatibility with MS Exchange 2013 Service Pack 1 running on Windows Server 2012

If the above link does not work, here is the inside:
Microsoft recommends applying this special PowerShell script that corrects a formatting error in the configuration files that govern the Transport Extensibility that is built into Exchange Server 2013.
A "Fix it for me" utility as well as the manual script and installation instructions can be found in the Microsoft article: Third-party transport agents cannot be loaded correctly in Exchange Server 2013.
